12X12 The End in The End Discussion

I loved this episode SO much! I don’t think I have the words to say how much I loved it, but here goes. I loved that Hodgins was the one reeling Booth back in when they were searching for Brennan. It was hard to watch Brennan realize she wasn’t okay. I knew she’d be mostly okay by the end of the episode. I loved seeing Brennan and Angela try to help each other, it was heartbreaking to watch them not be able to help one another like they wanted to. I didn’t find Booth referring to Brennan as ‘Dr. Brennan’ odd like some did. He tends to use more formal titles when things are serious and let’s face it, the Bone Lady forgetting things about bones is as serious as it gets. Thank God Angela listened to Hodgins’ paranoid ramblings about The Cloud and got her own ‘Black Box’ for the lab’s files. I loved that they sill worked in the lab even though it wasn’t up to Jeffersonian standards. The scene with all the bones on the floor was creepy and cool at the same time. I have to say I liked the bombed out lab look… Brennan sharing her memories with the squints was one of my favorite moments in the episode and it broke my heart. My other favorite moment was Brennan and Booth talking in his office. I loved that Booth showed her that no matter how it turned out he’d love her and be there for her. I liked that Brennan’s memory improved just in time to save Booth. IMO Booth shouldn’t have held Brennan back from doing what she wanted to Kovac’s sister. It didn’t dawn on me that they were brother and sister until they said it in the episode. I don’t like the Aubrey and Jessica relationship so I don’t really care that they’re broken up, but I will say that the thought of Aubrey and Karen together weirds me out for some reason! I loved that everyone got a happy ending. I wish we could see Cam and Arastoo as parents. Hodgins and Angela’s book sounds cool, I wouldn’t mind reading it. I love that Hodgins is the interim ‘King of the Lab’. I loved the ending moments with Booth and Brennan in the garden and that Brennan kept a drawing that Parker gave her in her office for 11 years…………… I wish it wasn’t over, but I’m extremely happy with how it ended
