8x15~ The Shot in the Dark Discussion

I liked tonight’s episode a lot like that it centered on Booth and Brennan and not much else. The fight was classic B&B I think Brennan knew Booth was saying she wasn’t a bad mother I think she just needed space. I know some have said that Booth needed to apologize, he did but I think he showed that he was sorry by loading Christine up and taking her to the lab in search of Brennan. I kind of wanted to know how that scene would have played out if Brennan wasn’t bleeding out. I liked that Sweets didn’t go shrinky and just let Booth deal with it in his own way. I liked the parts with Brennan’s mom, it’ll be interesting to see if Brennan heeds any of the advice that her mom gave her. The living room looked kind of like my grandma’s but I digress… I wonder who Cam was in the O.R. for more Booth, Brennan or her own piece of mind? I like the Clark came in without being asked. Once Brennan said the bullet was cold my mind came up with lots of things it could be, but I got to say a frozen blood bullet wasn’t one of them. I loved how Brennan told Booth she was fine, but having surgery anyway. I think she kind of lied when she told him it was completely safe ….. I kind of had a hunch the security guard was in on it, he was too nosey IMO…

I thought this episode was AWESOME!! I like the way when Booth found Brennan lying on the floor wounded that Christine looked at her mom and and realized her mom was hurt and started crying. She knew her mom was hurt without being told!! I also like how when Brennan was out that she kept going back to where her mom was
and was learning from her. I think she realizes their is a God now.

Booth did tell Bones he was sorry for the fight, when he comes with Christine to the lab he says I'm sorry Bones you are a good Mother I miss you and Christine misses you. Bones did hear him as she says later she heard him come into the lab and heard Christine crying. They just didn't say it later though with their actions I think both of them said sorry in their looks and in their kisses.

I really loved this episode of Bones. It was perfect for Valentine's Day!!!!
